It has re-emerged as a redesigned exercise tool used in a practical delightful way. Now you can have fun and get in shape with hoops designed for that purpose. Exercise! – Oh no, you might say, boring……. Well it does not have to be. We suggest you try Hula hooping.  This is hula hooping with large redesigned hoops. We have discovered that more and more people are Hula hooping all over the world. The hoop is heavier and can be larger in diameter than the hoops used way back in the 50s and 60s. This means that it will rotate more slowly around your body and as a result you can keep it going more easily. You think you cannot hoop – too old or it looks too difficult. Well, anybody can hoop – there is no age limit. Participating in Hula hooping activities, indoors or outdoors, is also a nice way of socializing with your peers and friends while getting fit. Get the whole family involved and your friends but foremost have fun.
